					<description><![CDATA[Wisconsin native here.   Bubbler is a southeastern Wisconsin term.  It was probably originally a Milwaukee area term. Most wisconsinites outside that area have never heard the term bubbler and instead use drinking fountain or water fountain.  I grew up in Wisconsin and never heard of it until we moved down into the southern part of the state.  My kids came home from their first day of school and asked if I&#039;d ever heard of a bubbler and I hadn&#039;t.   :)]]></description>
