I always wondered about this. I remember discussing The Great Gatsby in high school and all the egg symbolism. Even a Daisy is yellow inside and white outside. Did Fitzgerald figure all that out during revision? I also like how symbols are not explained in the story by the narrator. The reader is supposed to be left wondering what it all means.]]></description>
